S OASIS appointed its sole leasing agent

 Singha Estate Public Company Limited appointed CBRE Thailand as the sole leasing agent for office space at S OASIS, a premium office-cum-retail complex located on a 7-rai plot on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road. The project’s total investment is worth 3.7 billion baht. S OASIS consists of a Grade-A office building with the attachment of retail plaza, occupying 54,000 square meters of rental space in total.
