“NYE Estate” Joins “Elite Card”
To Increase Over 200 Mil Bt Sales in 2021
NYE Estate, the country’s leading luxury boutique property developer, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Thailand Privilege Card (TPC) to sell three ready-to-move-in projects in Bangkok, worth more than 200 million baht, under the “Elite Flexible One” program. It expects to stimulate the sales from foreigners who are keen to investing in Thailand.
Mr.Sutee Limpanachaipornkul, President of Nye Estate Co., Ltd., says that after Thailand Privilege Card (Elite Card) launched the “Elite Flexible One” program, it has gained a lot of attention and good feedback from property developers and buyers. With a strong determination, Nye Estate aims to develop high-end luxury housing and condominium projects by focusing on a niche market of Thai and foreign customers. The company expects that its participation in this program will be another channel to increase its foreign customers base in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The new wave of COVID-19 outbreak is a key factor that worsens the economic slowdown. But there is always an opportunity in every crisis. The MoU with Thailand Privilege Card or Elite Card is another significant step for us to gain more foreign customers and helps stimulate the overall economy. Under this program, we offer three ready-to-move-in projects with more than 10 units, totaling over 200 million baht. The price per unit starts from 17 million baht to 80 million baht.”
Mr. Somchai Soongswang, President of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., says that the company would like to turn crisis into an opportunity by adding more incentives to attract the investment from foreign investors which will help recover the property industry through Thailand Elite’s members under the “Elite Flexible One Program”.

Nye Estate’s ready-to-move-in projects under this program comprise KRAAM Sukhumvit 26, Quarter 31 at Sukhumvit 31 and Quarter 39 at Sukhumvit 39.
“We target to generate more than 200 million baht from joining the Elite Card by end of 2021,” added Mr. Sutee.
