Mr. Viboon Pungprasert, President of Thai Bioplastics Industry Association (TBIA), said that the idea of developing Thai industries with bio-economy involves the goal of making Thailand ASEAN’s leader in producing and selling bioplastic. Thailand is currently the second-largest bioplastic producer of plants. The association gives importance to the entire process, from sugar producers to bioplastic producers.
