Richmont’s (International) appointed as sole agent for Hotel101-Niseko
Richmont’s (International) Co Ltd, a leading real estate marketing and sales company, was recently appointed as the sole agent in Thailand for the 4.6-billion-baht Hotel101 – Niseko, Japan, a chic condotel in Niseko, popular ski resort town in Hokkaido, Japan. Hotel101-Niseko, Japan is developed and managed by Double Dragon Corporation. Located in one of the world’s top ski resort towns of Niseko, Japan, the condotel is built in modern Japanese style, focusing on simplicity and space optimization. This project covers an area of about 6 rai and consists of one 6-story building with one basement. It houses 482 HappyRoom with full functions found in any condominium unit plus shared facilities like any hotels. Hotel101 generously provides ample parking space for 167 cars, or about 40% of the total number of rooms. This project construction started in August this year and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
Thai investors interested in making investment in Japan are invited to own units in this condotel at 9 million Baht (equivalent to JPY 36,260,000) per unit, regardless of room location, during this launch period. Hotel101 will manage the entire project and offer 70:30 profit sharing. Owners will receive a 30% return (before tax). Hotel101 will also be responsible for the management, unit maintenance and renovation. Owners will enjoy 10-night free stay per year, including 5 nights at Hotel101-Niseko and another 5 nights at other Hotel101 worldwide.
