Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or “FPT”, the first integrated real estate platform in Thailand, has launched a “Grown-Up Playground” at Samyan Mitrtown as part of the creative displays for Bangkok Design Week 2024. The playground for grown-ups, features a space designed to spark joy and positivity among visitors. With its playful design elements inspired by childhood memories, the playground aims to hearken visitors back to simpler times, prompting self-reflection and promoting well-being. The playground will be open to visitors from 10.00-22.00 hrs until 10 April 2024.

Mr. Sarit Triroj, Executive Vice President, Corporate Communication and Branding, Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, said, “Frasers Property’s shared Purpose – Inspiring experiences, creating places for good. – guides the company as it drives positive impact to customers, users, and society, and has informed the genesis of the “Grown-up Playground”. It is our hope that this playground can serve to reconnect visitors to cherished childhood memories and remind them that even amid the fast-paced and exacting demands of modern city life, it is important to take a pause and remember to have some light-hearted fun.”

The “Grown-up Playground” by Frasers Property Thailand comprises six modular-designed play equipment such as slides, monkey bars, and a climbing wall spanning 32 metres in length at the activity area on the G floor of Samyan Mitrtown, along Phayathai Road. The playground’s layout is divided into three major themes to symbolise the emotional rhythms and sensations of life:

Dump your worries: Begin your journey to rejuvenation by freeing yourself from grown-up responsibilities, inflexibility, or concerns, leaving all other distractions behind.

Discover your inner child: Step in to rediscover and relive your worry-free days of youth, turning back the clock to where fun and second chances are abound.

Design your balance: Conclude your visit with introspection about your life’s journey and reflect on doing things differently to adjust to a more balanced life filled with meaning.

The “Grown-Up Playground” from 10.00-22.00 hrs until 10 April 2024. It is also part of the creative displays for Bangkok Design Week 2024, highlighting Samyan’s role as a creative economy district and contributing to the surrounding community.

“The ‘Grown-Up Playground’ highlights Samyan’s role as a creative economy district and is one among several projects by Frasers Property Thailand aimed at improving mental health and well-being amid the stressful rigors of city life. We hope this attraction will help guide working adults to rediscover their authentic selves, foster happiness, energise their minds, and inspire everyone to balance their physical and mental well-being,” added Mr. Sarit.
