Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited (FPIT), a leading industrial property developer in ASEAN and subsidiary of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (FPT), has completed the development of 16,000 square meters built-to-suit warehouse (Phase 1) for its new client LF Logistics (Thailand) Limited, one of the most operations-centric logistics service providers, to streamline the supply chain of its world class customer in Thailand.
The new warehouse of LF logistics (Thailand) is located at Frasers Property Logistics Center (Bangplee 7) in Samutprakarn province. The location is greatly sought after by manufacturers and logistics companies as it is at the center of industrial and logistics cluster and connected to provinces in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), enabling the highest efficiency of the logistics operations domestically and internationally. Currently, there is 30 rai plot of land, or approximately 48,000 sqm, remaining for future catering to the demand for logistics operations.

To support the operation growth of LF logistics (Thailand), FPIT designed and built the warehouse strictly in compliance with the international standards. With the design focusing on the efficiency of warehousing and distribution management, the 16,000 square meter built-to-suit facility features a storage zone of 13-metre clear height supporting up to 3 tons per square meter. It also has an extensive highest standard for safety system that adheres to FM Global, one of the world’s most reliable commercial and industrial property insurance specializing in risk mitigation and property loss prevention. The new development is also in compliance with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Gold Level. The certifications signify the focus to enhance the well-being of the tenants and community and minimize environment impact and footprint.
FPIT incorporates sustainability into various aspects of the industrial building by the use of materials to reduce heat absorption, water and energy saving equipment, low volatile organic compounds paints, solar panel support system and utility management through digital platforms.
