Following the success of the first tower, the second office tower, spanning 48 floors and offering a total net leasable area of approximately 97,000 square metres, is estimated to be 55% pre-committed within the same timeframe. The third tower, featuring 35 floors and a total net leasable area of approximately 97,000 square metres, is now also available for pre-lease.”
