SENA is fortifying its business by partnering with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHP) and officially launch a new joint venture company under the name SENA HHP. This collaboration reflects the confidence between the partners to invest long-term. The joint venture aims to enhance overall efficiency across every product segment, focusing on improving credibility, financial strength, and operational efficiency. This partnership provides advantages such as financial stability, cost management, and more flexible business operations. The goal is to achieve rapid growth through the development of 66 projects with a total value of over 83 billion baht. The venture will continue to emphasize the strengths of Zero Energy House (ZEH), further integrating technology and innovations from Japan to support a decarbonized lifestyle and create sustainable living communities for all SENA families.
Assistant Professor Dr. Kessara Thanyalakpark, Managing Director of SENA Development Public Company Limited (SENA), stated that since the joint venture between SENA and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHP) of Japan in 2016, the business has seen continuous growth and success in new project launches. One of the key factors is that both companies share a common business direction, prioritizing the customer first, along with a strong commitment to long-term investment in Thailand. SENA and HHP are ready to elevate this crucial joint venture from project-based collaboration model to the establishment of a new joint venture company (corporate-based model) namely SENA HHP, to ensure a greater stability and continued progress.

All projects will continue to be developed under the concepts of Zero Energy House (ZEH) and Condo Low-Carbon, incorporating new technologies and innovations from Japan to create a decarbonized lifestyle for residents and foster a sustainable living environment for all SENA families.
